3-302.15; Core; Oranges in reach-in cooler found partially cut with stickers still remaining- some cuts are through stickers. Raw fruits and vegetables shall be thoroughly washed in water to remove soil; stickers; and other contaminants before being cut; combined with other ingredients; cooked; served; or offered for human consumption in ready-to-eat form. Since oranges are partially cut prior to service; the stickers must be removed. Otherwise; if the oranges are offered as a whole product (uncut); the stickers need not be removed.

Toxic substances properly identified stored & used
7-201.11; Priority; Two chemical spray bottles found stored hanging above wash basin of 3-compartment sink facing a stack of clean hand towels. Poisonous/Toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food; equipment; utensils; linens; and single-service articles. CDI- Chemicals were relocated. 7-102.11; Priority Foundation; Label was fading on spray bottle of all-purpose solution at the 3-compartment sink. Working containers of toxic/poisonous chemicals taken from bulk shall be labeled with the common name of the chemical. CDI- Bottle was relabeled.

Handwashing sinks supplied & accessible
6-301.12; Priority Foundation; The paper towel dispenser is broken. Handwashing sinks shall be supplied with individual; disposable towels or a hand drying device. CDI - Paper towels put at dispenser and work order submitted.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
