6-301.12 Hand Drying Provision (Pf) There is no paper towel dispenser at the handwashing sink. Towels are currently stored on shelf nearby. Provide towels at the handwashing sink; mount a towel dispenser. Discussed today for long-term correction. Consider also adding a glove box holder and small shelf specifically at the handwashing sink.

Inspector’s notes
4-202.16 Walk-in cooler door handles are textured; have seams; inconsistent texture on the backside. Nonfood Contact Surfaces shall be smooth and easily cleanable. The rough and inconsistent surface is likely to hold soil; food residue; bacteria; etc. It is unlikely the existing walk-in cooler door handles meet restaurant standards for new construction. 4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment - Equipment (C) Exterior of the walk-in Freezer is sweating; wet; with visible microbial growth. Interior of walk-in cooler also has visible microbial growth on seams; indicating a leak or compromised seal. Maintain equipment in good; cleanable condition. Eliminate sweating and wet surfaces. 4-501.12 Cutting Surfaces (C) Cutting Films for children with special diets have obvious scoring; no longer smooth. Provide back-up films for frequent replacement; or consider a color-coded substantial cutting board for allergen separation and special-needs diet. Cutting Films are no longer appropriate when visibly cut and scored. Assure cutting surfaces are maintained in cleanable condition.
In plain English
