6-301.11; Priority Foundation; No Soap available at the handwashing sink. Soap dispenser is missing. Only alcohol based hand sanitizer is available. Soap dispenser was returned to the wall above the sink and employee explained the soap dispenser repeatedly falls from the wall. If soap fits into the other dispenser; recommend putting soap inside both dispensers and labeling appropriately. Replace defective soap dispenser and prioritize proper handwashing technique with the use of soap. Soap is available at the handwashing sink at the conclusion of this inspection.
