3-501.18 Ready-To-Eat Time / Temperature Control for Safety Food; Disposition (P); Hot dogs that were opened on 7/15 according to date marking were still being stored in refrigeration. After being opened; ready to eat potentially hazardous food items shall be discarded within a 7 day period. CDI- Hot dogs were discarded during the inspection.
