Observation: Ice cream blender; egg pans in use; spatulas; utensils and cutting board observed accumulated with debris. An established frequency is not applied after speaking with staff to ensure all food contact surfaces are effectively washed; rinsed and sanitized every 4 hours. CDI: In use utensils removed to be cleaned. (B) EQUIPMENT components such as doors; seals; hinges; fasteners; and kick plates shall be kept intact; tight; and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
