The front entrance door weather stripping is missing top right corner and bottom right corner of door; The rear entrance door has a gapped 1/2 inch opening/does not seal when closed. 6-202.15 Outer Openings; Protected (C) Protect outer openings of establishment from insect or rodent entry. Observation: Flies observed through kitchen; dining room and restrooms during inspection today. Entrances to facility must meet requirements to prevent entrance of flying insects. Measures should be implemented to eliminate flying insects from entering establishment. 6-501.111 Controlling Pests (C) The PREMISES shall be maintained free of insects; rodents; and other pests.
