4-601.11(C); Core; The milk boxes had residues in the bottom. The walk in cooler had a few spills and soiled shelves. Keep non food contact surfaces of equipment clean to avoid build up of dust; food residue or debris.4-602.13 Non food contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned frequently to preclude accumulation of soil residues. PIC states these items are due to be cleaned today; recommend more frequent cleaning of these areas.
