5-203.11 Handwashing Sinks - Numbers and Capacities (Pf) Handwashing sink is missing from kitchen area where TCS foods such as eggs; bacon and sausages are prepared. Staff is using a three compartment sink basin to wash their hands. This hand sink must be replaced and accessible by Monday 9/15 or an intent to suspend will be issued.
