4-501.11; Core; Ice buildup present inside of the tall reach-in freezer by the cash register and inside of the tall reach-in freezer by the fryers/chicken prep area. Remove ice buildup and if ice buildup persists; contact a technician for evaluation of the reach-in freezers. Additionally; condensate dripping from the ceiling in the walk-in cooler. No food stored underneath where the drips are coming from. Equipment shall be in good repair and proper adjustment. Evaluation of the walk-in cooler by a technician is needed.
