"OBSERVATION: Using handwashing facility-Other purposes Handwashing facility is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed rear hand sink used as dump sink. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Discontinue practice. PIC to ensure all hand washing stations are accessible within facility."
