The food facility had an insufficient number of hand washing sinks necessary for their convenient use or a number fewer than what is mandated by the Ohio plumbing code. Mobile handwashing sink in concession stand bar was not functional at time of inspection. Discontinue activities that need handwashing and contact senior EHS Trisha Blake.

Water under pressure is not available to all fixtures, equipment, and nonfood equipment that are required to use water. Unable to turn on handwashing sink in concession stand where food employee was serving soup. Asked food employee to discontinue serving soup due to water outage. Employee sold through soup, so there was no more soup. No other unpackaged food is handled in that area. Hand washing needs to be provided at all times that exposed food is being handled or dispensed. A plumbed in handwashing sink will be needed in this area if facility does not have reliable hand washing sink and exposed food is dispensed in this area. Food employee reached out to management to let them know about sink.
