Sanitizer concentration is not being monitored. Observed the sanitizer concentration from the wall mount dispenser was reading lower than required based on the test strip color change. Must be adjusted to dispense more sanitizer.

Equipment and/or components were not maintained in good working order. Three comp sink sanitizer dispenser located on the wall was not dispensing sanitizer solution at the proper concentration. PIC was using chlorine based sanitizer until the dispenser was fixed.
