2.2(C) - III. Preventing Contamination by Hands - Hands and arms
Food employee(s) did not wash hands in situations that specifically require them to do so. Observed food employee eating not wash hands after eating at main service counter. PIC advised on observation and will ensure employees wash hands when required.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

Observed various air-dried, soiled wiping cloths stored on 3-compartment sink. Discontinue practice and provide proper sealed storage container for all soiled cloths.
Dishes, equipment, or surfaces that touch food were not properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized, or sanitizer was not at the right strength. Clean surfaces help stop germs from spreading to food.
