Food items are not protected from contamination during storage. Boxes of water bottles, sport drinks and soda were stored on the floor. Must be stored in a clean, dry location where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination, and at least 6 inches (15 centimeters) above the floor

Inspector’s notes
Temperature measuring devices are missing, not correctly placed, not readable, or of improper design. Observed that the dairy/energy drink cooler is missing a thermometer. A temperature measuring device must be present to ensure proper monitoring.
