Inspector’s notes

Nonfood-contact surfaces are not cleaned frequently enough. 1. Walk-in Cooler (Subway Kitchen):Trash and food debris were observed accumulating on the floors. Clean and maintain floors to ensure sanitary conditions. 2. Kitchen Walls (Subway):Stains observed on various wall surfaces. Clean all affected areas. 3. The cooler under the toaster for Subway was soiled. Must be cleaned. 4. Syrup buildup was found inside the nozzles. Clean and sanitize all soda gun nozzles. 5. Trash and spill stains were present inside the cabinet under the soda machine. Remove debris and clean all surfaces. 6.Observed a large accumulation of biofilm in the drain for the Soda Machine. Clean and disinfect the drain to prevent contamination. 7.F’real Machine unit was visibly soiled with dust accumulation. Person in Charge (PIC) stated it is not currently in use. Clean and maintain the machine, or remove it from the premises if not in use.
