FSO/RFE drainage systems design or installation does not comply with the OAC. Grease trap overflowed when two sinks let water go at once into it. PIC was unsure whether permits had been obtained for grease trap. Water was mopped up and floor was disinfected. Ensure that proper permits are obtained and that grease trap is emptied at the needed frequency.
