The food facility had an insufficient number of hand washing sinks necessary for their convenient use or a number fewer than what is mandated by the Ohio plumbing code. Observed no handwashing sink in bathroom and no handwashing sink in three compartment sink area. PIC put food equipment needing ware washing out of service so that three compartment sink could be used as handwashing sink until new handwashing sink is installed. Ensure proper plumbing permits are obtained for changing/adding fixtures (513-352-3280).

Contact senior inspector to determine location and permitting process for hand sinks.
