Inspector’s notes
A handwashing sign was not posted at all handwashing lavatories. Observed missing handwashing sing in bathroom next to main kitchen. Post handwashing sing in all lavatories mainly used by adults to wash their hands.

Plumbing system is not maintained in good repair. Observed leak on the two left basins in three compartment sink in the main kitchen area. Repair sink.
