Handwashing sink does not provide water at least 85° F. Hand sink at bar by pool does not provide water at least 85 degrees. PIC stated they plan on installing a hand sink for next season.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
