Temperature measuring devices are missing, not correctly placed, not readable, or of improper design. Observed no temperature measuring device inside the middle refrigeration unit. Discussed with the PIC, who stated that one had previously been in place. Per the Ohio Food Code, a temperature measuring device must be provided and located in the warmest part of the unit to ensure proper cold holding temperatures.
