Inspector’s notes

Intake and exhaust air ducts are a source of contamination by dust, dirt, and other materials. Cafe ventilation duct and surrounding ceiling tiles/wall panels soiled with accumulated dust and residues. PIC indicated thorough cleaning would be performed. Maintain clean to sight and touch.
