Cleaning agents or chemical sanitizers that are used to clean and sanitize equipment and utensils were not provided or available for use during all hours of operation. 3-comp sink for Starbucks did not have a soap or sanitizer readily available during hours of operation. Operator may cart dishes to main kitchen but 3-comp sink needs to be set up asap.
