Water temperature measured 98 degrees F at 3-compartment sink, 84 degrees F at restroom hand sink and hand sink near coffee, and 95 degrees F at sink near 3-compartment sink. Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of 120 degrees F measured from the warewashing sink faucet and 100 degrees F at handwashing sinks. Immediately repair and discontinue serving coffee until repaired. If water heater needs to be replaced approval must be given by Marin County EHS prior to installation. Discussed with person in charge.
