Observed 8 containers of milk in one door Kelvinator refrigerator with internal temperature of 50 - 51 degrees F. other whole milk containers of 46 - 48 degrees F with infrared thermometer, also in this refrigerator. Maintain unopened containers of milk at or below 45 degrees F and maintain open containers of milk at or below 41 degrees F. All 8 milk containers at 50 degrees f and above were voluntarily discarded down the drain.
Minor violations were also found. For more information, contact Marin County Environmental Health Services at (415) 473-6907 and ask to see the actual inspection report Or ask the food facility for the inspection report. A green placard was issued.
Food was not kept cold enough, hot enough, cooled fast enough, or cooked or reheated to the right temperature. Bacteria grow quickly in the "danger zone" between 41°F and 135°F, which makes this one of the most important food-safety checks.

Per owner, these burritos are made at a restaurant in San Francisco - Belle Trattoria, 3854 Geary Blvd.. Obtain a commissary agreement signed by the restaurant owner and the San Francisco Health Department and submit a copy. Observed unidentified food in plastic warp in the same freezer with burritos. Food handler thinks it is turkey and said it isn't sold. Provide invoice for this unidentified food. Discontinue selling burritos until given approval by Marin County Environmental Health Services. Remove burritos and unidentified food from this facility.. Okay to take these home, per C.P. Supervisor, Shannon Bell.

No paper towels in dispenser next to hand wash sink inside kitchen or inside restroom. Ensure paper towels are provided inside dispensers at both hand wash sinks at all times.

Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
