Observed potentially hazardous food to be hot held below 135F. All PHF observed to be 111F to 122F. All PHF that was hot held in the hot holding units were VC&D on site. Corrected on site.

Food was not kept cold enough, hot enough, cooled fast enough, or cooked or reheated to the right temperature. Bacteria grow quickly in the "danger zone" between 41°F and 135°F, which makes this one of the most important food-safety checks.

Handwashing facility in the cashier area was observed without cold water, and the hot water temperature reading was 128F. [Corrective action] The handwashing facilities shall be provided with cold and hot water. Provide cold water as soon as possible. In the meantime instruct the employees to wash their hands at the handwashing facility located in the dry storage/warewashing area.

Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
