Dishwasher is not dispensing sanitizer. Observed slime-mold inside of the ice machine. Ensure all food contact surfaces are kept clean and sanitized. Instructed employees to manually wash utilizing 2-compartment sink in meantime while dishwasher is not dispensing sanitizer. Immediately repair dishwasher to provide 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer. Discard ice then clean and sanitize inside of machine.
