Retail refrigerator: No potentially hazardous foods in unit at time of inspection. External temperatures of non-potentially hazardous bottled beverages observed at 37 - 56 degrees F. Bottles in front section of refrigerator are above 50 degrees F. Don't store any potentially hazardous foods in this unit until it has been repaired and is capable of maintaining potentially hazardous foods at or below 41 degrees F. Open container of milk in two door refrigerator next to bin was in bin earlier today. Temperature of this milk was 43 degrees F.

Observed quinoa salads with poached eggs in retail refrigerator at 50 - 57 degrees F. 20 quinoa salads were voluntarily discarded into the compost container. Quinoa salads were made at 11:00 a.m. at Equator Coffees & Teas in Sausalito and transported in a refrigerated truck. Cool quinoa to 41 degrees F before assembling salad. Potentially hazardous foods shall be received at 45 degrees F or colder. Check internal temperature of quinoa salad upon arrival to the facility. Prosciutto in prep refrigerator observed at 47 degrees F. Observed fruit parfaits at 42 - 47 degrees F in retail refrigerator. Half and half in carafe in self-service area observed at 46 degrees F. 3/12/24: No salads in retail refrigerator. Equator milk and sugar bottled coffee labled Keep refrigerated. Perishable product observed at 42 - 49 degrees F. Coldest bottle at back and warmest bottle in the front. Bin with ice and containers of milk: Observed open container of fat free milk at 50 degrees F. Milk voluntarily discarded. Maintain open containers of milk at 41 degrees F. ~ 1.5 quarts of fat free milk pured dwn the drain. Replenish ice as needed.
