Observed lack of paper towels at hand washing stations located at sink in dry storage and employee restrooms. Handwashing facilities shall be properly supplied at all times. Maintain handwashing facilities stocked with paper towels and soap at all times.

Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
