Observed operator preparing pizza use wiping rag to wipe hands then use same rag to wipe food preparation counter and wipe hands again. Wiping rag was not stored in sanitizer bucket prior tp use. Food contact services shall be protected from cross contamination. Discontinue bare hand contact with food. Use either gloves or utensils to grab toppings. Discontinue wiping hands on cleaning rags. Wash hands when changing from different activities.
