Dippin' Dots ice cream: 35 degrees F. One opened to check ice cream. Dippin' Dots all stuck together indicating they partially melted and froze together. Recommend discarding all of the Dippin' Dots. Dippin' Dots discarded into refuse bin. Dippin' Dots in upstairs freezer are also 35 degrees F and the one checked asl has dots of ice cream sticking together. Recommend discarding these Dippin' Dots also. Dippin' Dots from upstairs freezer also discarded into the garbage.

Follow-up to 8/15/26 inspection conducted due to a power outage from an electrical fire in a vault in the sidewalk in front of 25 Broadway, Fairfax. Electricity restored at 4:26 a.m., per PG & e website. Facility has power and hot water. Okay to reopen the concession stand. Green placard posted.
