Observed open container of whole milk at 53 degrees F on the counter. Maintain open containers of milk at or below 41 degrees F. Unopened Clover whole milk in 3 door glass refrigerator measured 45.6 degrees F to 49.8 degrees F with infrared thermometer. Maintain unopened containers of milk at or below 45 degrees F. ~ 7 cups whole milk (53 degrees F) voluntarily discarded down the drain. Discontinue storing milk on the counter.
