Observed oven racks stored on floor in between oven and preparation table. Discontinue storing any food contact surfaces on floor. Food contact surfaces shall be stored minimum 6' or above ground.
Minor violations were also found. For more information, contact Marin County Environmental Health Services at (415) 473-6907 and ask to see the actual inspection report. Or ask the food facility for the inspection report. A green placard was issued.
Dishes, equipment, or surfaces that touch food were not properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized, or sanitizer was not at the right strength. Clean surfaces help stop germs from spreading to food.

Hot water at all sinks reached a max temperature of 76°F. / Facility must close due to lack of hot water. Repair or replace hot water heater to provide 120°F water to all sinks and 100-108°F water to hand washing sinks. If replacing the water heater is required then plan submittal is required. Submit plan review application, specification sheets and a $330.00 review fee. Contact building department for required permits.
