Warewashing sink , food prep sink, and kitchen hand washing sink water was observed at 97F at the start of the inspection. Hand sink water shall reach 100F, and all other sinks shall reach 120F. Repeat violation. The water heater was adjusted and sinks reached 121F at the end of the inspection. Corrected on site.
