Water temperature at sinks in two restrooms (that kitchen staff would use) were at 63-65F. Water temperature at hand sinks are required to reach at least 100F. Repeat violation. Fix/repair water temperature and comply in two weeks. Send video or picture of a thermometer checking compliant water temperature to inspector. If water heater is required to be changed, notify inspector and send inspector and send specifications of new equipment prior to changing equipment.
