Observed chicken teriyaki bowls measured at 104 *F and Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches measured at 106 *F. Ambient temperature of warming cabinet measured at 101 *F. All potentially hazardous foods shall be maintained at 135 *F and above for hot holding. No logs available to indicate delivery time and lunchmaster log stated items were prepped at 7 AM. All foods were voluntarily discarded b operator. Ensure equipment is set to the proper heat setting and warmed up sufficiently before storage of foods.

Food was not kept cold enough, hot enough, cooled fast enough, or cooked or reheated to the right temperature. Bacteria grow quickly in the "danger zone" between 41°F and 135°F, which makes this one of the most important food-safety checks.

Hot water valve dispensing water recorded at 70-80 F only. Ensure sink fixtures are provided with hot and cold water at all times. Hand sinks are required to provide 100 F of hot water and warewashing sinks are required to provide 120 F. Facility does not do food preparation, they get meals delivered from LunchMaster for students. Immediately repair/adjust water heater. In meantime, ensure staff washes hands at a hand sink provided with 100 F of water prior to handling food for students. 24 hours to comply.
