Observed bar dishwasher in use reaching 0ppm chlorine sanitizer. Employee did not know how to test dishwasher. Dishwasher must dispense 50 ppm. Repair and test dishwasher daily.

Immediately repair to provide hot and cold water at these sinks. No hot water provided at both restroom hand sinks. Immediately repair to provide 100 degrees F of water at both hand wash sinks.
