Hot water in outdoor employee restroom measured at 80*F. Hot water shall be provided at least 100 *F for 15 seconds at handwash sinks. Repair or adjust sink to provide proper hot water temperatures.

Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
