Chicharrones are packaged/portioned on site. All pre-packaged food shall bear an approved label which includes, but not limited, the following: Common name of product; list of ingredients in descending order by weight, including declaration of artificial color or flavor and chemical preservatives, if applicable; quantity; name, place of business of manufacturer, packer or distributor. Chicharrones removed from sales floor during inspection.
