Observed half n half and milk at coffee self service station with no active temperature control. Operator stated that these are changed after breakfast rush (roughly 2 hours). No discard time label or time logs available at time of inspection. Proper discard time must be noted and logs recorded when time only is used as a public health control method.

Observed food handler pick up a bag from the floor with gloved hand. Gloves taken off and food handler began to put on new gloves. Observed another food handler touch garbage containers then touched insert pan and place it at the utensil washing sink, removed gloves, and began to put on new gloves without washing hands. Once gloves have been contaminated, food handlers shall remove gloves, wash their hands with soap and water, dry with paper towels, and place new gloves on. Tips for Safe Glove Use provided today.
