Hot water at both restrooms and janitorial sink measured 63 degrees F. Ensure water temperature at hand sinks reaches 100 degrees F and janitorial sink reaches 120 degrees F. Immediately repair. Per supervisor Shannon Bell facility may operate as all sinks inside the kitchen reach temperature requirements. EHS inspector to re-inspect tomorrow for hot water to be in compliance. If water heater needs to be replaced, approval must be given by EHS prior to installation.

Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
