Hot water at 3-comp sink recorded reaching max temperature of 96°F at time of inspection. / Facility must close. Immediately repair hot water heater to provide 120°F water to all sinks and 100-108°F water to all hand wash sinks. If a new water heater is required, submit plan review application with specification sheets of new proposed water heater and a $330.00 review fee.
Minor violations were also found. Water heater was readjusted to provied 116°F hot water at 3-comp sink at time of inspection. / Facility may reopen at this time. Water heater must provide 120°F to all sinks and 100-120°F hot water to handwashing sinks.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
