Observed hose bibb to be in use instead of on NSF/ANSI approved faucet. Discontinue practice. Provide and install NSF/ANSI approved hand sink fixture.

Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

Hot water measured 74*F in 3 compartment sink, food prep sink and handwashing fixtures and janitorial sink. Hot water shall be at least 120*F and 100*F - 104*F maximum for handwashing. If water heater is replaced, submit specification sheets and pay plan review fee before installation.
No violations were found at the time of inspection. A green placard was issued.
