Observed operator wash and rinse a pitcher used to steamed milk in handwashing sink while also skipping the manual sanitization step. All food contact surfaces that are manually washed must be washed, rinsed then sanitized appropriately. Operator instructed to re-wash pitcher and demonstrated proper warewashing procedure.
