In the Starbucks area, the hot water temperature reading measured 112F in the dump sink. In the women restrooms, the warm water temperature reading measured 76F. [Corrective action] Provide hot water of at least 120 °F in the dump sink and at least 100 °F but not greater than 108 °F in the handwashing facilities.

Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

Hand soap was not available at the handwashing facility in the snack area. [CA] Provide soap in dispenser at all times. Hand soap shall be provided at each hanwashing facility for employees to properly wash their hands before and after changing tasks and/or handling food.
