Food was not kept cold enough, hot enough, cooled fast enough, or cooked or reheated to the right temperature. Bacteria grow quickly in the "danger zone" between 41°F and 135°F, which makes this one of the most important food-safety checks.

Men's restroom hand wash sink: 142 degrees F - too hot. Women's restroom hand wash sink reached 100 degrees F - in compliance. Employee hand wash sink in the retail area: 146 degrees F. Hand wash sinks in the restrooms are on sensors. Hand wash sinks with sensors are required to be 100 - 108 degrees F. Men's restroom hand wash sink and employee hand wash sink in the retail are are too hot. Keep hot water at employee hand wash sink in retail area between 120 - 129 degrees F. Adjust water so it is under 130 degrees F, but maintaining water within required ranges. Submit video of men's restroom hand wash sink at 100 -108 degrees F by July 18 , 2025.
Videos showing adequate hot water at sink fixtures were not sent to environmental Heath Services. Follow-up inspection conducted to check if hot water has been restored to all fixtures not meeting compliance at the 5/1/25 inspection. Cost recovery fees will be charged for a second reinspection.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

Men's restroom sensor hand wash sink initially had warm water, but temperature dropped to 78 degrees F. Maintain at 100- 108 degrees F. Rechecked men's and women's restroom hand wash sinks and both reached 129 degrees F. Submit videos of both restrooms showing water at at each sink within required range of 100 - 108 degrees F by 1/22/24.
