Paper towel dispenser by kitchen hand wash sink is empty. Replenish paper towel dispenser. Soap doesn't dispense from mounted dispenser. Replenish soap dispenser. Repair/replace if unable to replenish soap and paper towel dispensers. No soap or paper towels inside mounted dispensers in the restroom. Replenish soap and paper towel dispensers. If they are broken, or you are unable to fill them due to lack of a key, replace dispensers. Soap is available in large pump container and paper towels are on top of dispenser. Observed bar soap by kitchen hand wash sink. Bar soap isn't allowed. Remove bar soap from the facility.
