Water at hand sink reaches 59 F on left side and 64 F on the right side. Water temp must reach 100-108 F. Maintenance called to repair water temp. Repairman driving to site.

Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
