Observed pipes in the floor sink. [CA] There must be an air gap between the pipe and the top of the floor sink. Remove them from inside the floor sink.

All food is put back into the walk in until the refrigerators are able to hold food at 41 degrees F maximum. Do not use the prep units until the food is at 41 degrees F maximum.
Food was not kept cold enough, hot enough, cooled fast enough, or cooked or reheated to the right temperature. Bacteria grow quickly in the "danger zone" between 41°F and 135°F, which makes this one of the most important food-safety checks.
