Inspector’s notes

Hand wash station in the ware washing area obstructed with a serving bowl. Paper towel roll maintained above dispenser. Hand wash station in the beverage preparation area lacked paper towels and was completely obstructed with a chair for employees' personal belongings. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped with handwashing cleanser and single-use sanitary towels in dispensers. Ensure hand soap and paper towels are readily available and easily accessible at all times. Paper towels shall be stored inside the dispenser to prevent potential contamination. [COS] Paper towels were provided. Obstructions were removed.

Hand wash sink inside the storage room area completely obstructed with equipment and lacked paper towels. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped with handwashing cleanser and single-use sanitary towels in dispensers. Handwashing facility shall be clean, unobstructed, and accessible at all times. Ensure warm water, hand soap, and paper towels are readily available and easily accessible at all times. A handwashing facility shall not be used for purposes other than handwashing.
