Proper hot and cold holding temperatures
Grab and go refrigeration had PHFs measured between 49-52*F at the time of inspection. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. Recommend having the unit serviced. [SA] All product was moved into the walk in.
Food was not kept cold enough, hot enough, cooled fast enough, or cooked or reheated to the right temperature. Bacteria grow quickly in the "danger zone" between 41°F and 135°F, which makes this one of the most important food-safety checks.

Only hand wash station next to 3-compartment sink was blocked and missing paper towels at the time of inspection. [CA] Hand washing facility shall be clean, unobstructed, fully stocked, and accessible at all times.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

Adequate handwash facilities supplied, accessible
The only hand wash sink other that the restroom was not functioning. No water was provided to hand wash sink. Paper towels were also not provided at hand wash sink. [CA] Repair/replace hand wash sink and maintain in good condition at all times during operation. Ensure that soap and paper towels are provided at hand wash sink at all times during operation. [SA] Wash compartment of three compartment sink may be temporarily used to wash hands until hand wash sink is repaired. If hand wash sink is not repaired, facility may be subject to further enforcement action. Minor: Paper towels provided in restroom were not in a dispenser. [CA] Single-use sanitary towels shall be provided in dispensers.
